DEAR FRIENDS, We are pleased to invite you to take part in the measures within the network of celebration of the 100th anniversary of Berehovo-Kushnytsia narrow gauge railway.
The celebration will last from December 18 to 24, 2008. The package plan provides for foreign guests’ participation ,conducting different meetings and carring out various actions:
December 18 – guests’ incoming
December 19 – St. Nicolas celebration on Borzhava narrow gauge railway.
Berehovo – Irshava en-route trip (At 10.30 time UA)
December 20 – Irshava – Chmelnik - Vynohradiv en-route trip
(Departure at 10.00 time UA)
December 21 – Excursion (in busses) to out-of-service sections of the narrow gauge
railway – Irshava – Pryborzavske – Dovge – Kushnytsia –Lisychevo –
Sycha – Osij – Ilnitcja – Irshava. (10.00 time UA).
December 22 – celebration at Vynohradiv railway station
December 23 – celebration at Khmilnyk railway station
December 24 – celebration at Depot Day - Berehovo railway station.
On December 19 – 20 there will be organized a general meeting and a round table discussion dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the railway.
